So for all you guys out there who dont know, Mount Rushmore is a mountain in South Dakota that bears the faces of four of our presidents
WHO WOULD BE YOUR FOUR BODYBUILDERS ON THE MOUNTAIN?

rich gaspari, unbelievable conditioning
flex wheeler, his nickname is flex, nuff said
and....melvin anthony
Things I will take any chance I get to make fun of:
-HIT
-Frank Zane as Mr. Olympia
-Biceptz boyz
-Fat powerlifters talking thrash about bodybuilding while claiming to close the #x gripper
-Overtraining
-"How can I look like >random 140lbs guy<?"
-HIT
-Self-righteous guys who try to make everybody sound racist.
-Phil Heath for Mr. Olympia
-Strength workouts for bodybuilding
Ronnie Coleman (Legend)
Larry Scott (Got it all started)
Arnold (brought bodybuilding as mainstream as its ever been)
Vince Taylor (Second to Ronnie in all-time wins)
Honorable Mention:
Kevin Levrone (3rd in all-time wins)
Lee Haney (tied for all-time mr. olympia wins)
Jay Cutler (Finished second to the "O" 4 years)
TEAM NORTON
The"Outwork" mindset changed my entire life, perhaps it can help you as well
Muscle Hypertrophy occurs independent of exercise intensity
sergio olivia; competed in what, 4 different decades? lol wow. i think that, when viewed from any angle you choose. he had no weak body parts. was "super" ahead of his era. arnold must have been quite the showman because he didnt have a better, or even an "on par" body until at least 1973.
ROBBED...
arnold s. ; the man looked so good just standing there it was just cool!
his double bicep pose was just awesome and his twisting torso shots where underrated. in my opinion the best chest and bicep ever. you give arnold todays knowledge and he would continue to own that title regardless of era.
lee haney ; the most underrated and underapreciated mr olympia. went through parts of 3 era's...and beat them all. the man said he only just learned how to get his legs to peak in his last mr olympia (take a look, they were really ripped) he stopped competing at 31. can you imagine what the man really could have done with the stuff everyone got on in 93 through today? he beat the striated glute ripped men like renal javier and rich gaspari. the shawn rays the dorians nassers, phil hills, brian buchanons, vince taylors.
BOOM. think about it...
ronnie coleman ; honestly barly makes it in my opinion. why? he lost DURING HIS REIGN IN ANOTHER CONTEST. and HE LOST HIS TITLE. but how can you leave off a guy who did win 8 straight? and who is the biggest mr olympia by far. you cant. but honorable mention only a wisker behind is frank zane. then dorian..sorry.
I chose Matt Duval because he was the #1 MuscleMag guy in 2002 when I was just starting out. He was on every second page with his Cell-Tech Cannons, you couldn't help but wanna go do shoulders or arms.
That was some hard decisions... too many greats. Haney, Olivia, Coleman, Columbo... the list goes on of who could be on there but for me it was a more historicaly significant factor than just pure wins.
Larry Scott was the first Mr. Olympia.
Eugene Sandow, well the trophy says it all.
Arnold brought BBing to popularity.
Dorian was the first true mass monster.
My church is a gym, services conducted by Lee Priest, Arnold is god, J.C. Stands for Jay Cutler and Ronnie is Moses! I use the preacher bench for confessionals and the squat rack to pay my pennance! Praise be unto Gold's!

Ronnie Coleman, the greatest bodybuilder of all time. You will never be forgotten.
I DO NOT have a camera. My apologies to anyone who cannot seem to grasp this fact.
i try to post different threads and not the same ole sht
you know, how did so and so look before steroids
why so and so should had won the olympia
why arnold should have lost the 1980 olympia
hey bob
so i try to bring something that makes us think a bit
And those efforts are applauded. Forums are to have fun and spread a little knowledge for people who wouldn't otherwise get it in their respective areas. Keep 'em coming though. I thought this one was pretty creative. I've seen some good Ideas on this one. WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF JOE WEIDER? DAMMIT!
yeh ive gone to festivals stacking clen, diaretics, dropping my water and having lots of drugs and have ended up fine. This year not dropping any diaretics and no clen, gonna come in to the festival looking very full and carbed up and around 8% bf
- chestbrah
Steve Reeves - because he really made bodybuilding famous. He was Arnold before there was Arnold.
Weider - obvious
Arnold - obvious
Joe Gold - Really started the whole gym chain phenomenon with Gold's and World Gym. He also was an innovator with the design of machines to facilitate exercise efficiency.
