Red face Muscle spasms

I am nearing the last three weeks of a bread and butter cycle. I am very happy with the nice 20lbs I've added to my body through hard work over the last two months. Today I worked chest; Flat Bench Press, Decline Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Dumbbell Bench Press, and abs. Everything was normal today until a few moments ago. I am sitting here at my computer and I stretched and my ****ING chest starts vibrating and moving spasmatically it freaked me out at first but then I was just in awe of what I was witnessing. I am wondering if this could be an after effect of flexing and posing in the mirror directly after finishing my workout and gulfing down some whey protein? Has this ever happened to anyone else..lol

If you're talking about a muscle twitching, I get it all of the time. It happens all over my body. My damn upper lip does it a lot. My delts do it the most. It's weird, but nothing to be worried about.

That's a funny thought some muscle bound cat walking past with a lip twitching lol..I figured it was no big deal. I am just wondering if it was from a really good workout or the flexing and posing after the workout.
