Just thought I would post a weekly cutting log. I am currently 20 yrs. old. As of Jan. 17th, I weight in at 230 exactly. I will post pics weekly along with my weight. I am eating 5-6 meals daily, all with low saturated fat, calories, and carbs.
I usually eat around 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Chicken breast, whole grain pasta, oatmeal, soup, and turkey sandwiches are a big part of my diet. I also take around 90g in protien shakes a day.
I currently am using optimum whey, along with an eca and multi. I lift 4 times a week, and have intense cardio 5x.
My goal is to get under 205, and I think it is somewhat reasonable. I think I have around 25 - 30 pds of fat on me. Caliper reads 22%, but I don't think my bf is that high.
Hopefully, through the weeks you will see one shredded individual.

No...it's not int he 20's. Maybe 18% though.

Thanks guys, I'll keep you posted. I was down to 217 last summer but decided to eat whatever I wanted until now...and it showed. Anyways, what is the lightest do you think I could get down to?
Also, the caliper conversion chart actually read 26-27%, which is kinda bogus. Ill try the nine-point method, but I do agree that I am somewhere in the 18% range.Last edited by MANOSTEEL00; 01-18-2005 at 06:00 PM.

Guys, don't you think that alot of muscle will be burnt up while only taking in 1200-1500 calories per day with Cardio 5x a week.
I was thinking he should eat more like 1800-2100 per day. Losing weight fast is not a very good idea cuz after your done it'll creap back up on ya if you don't keep up with it.
