For general purpose dicussion, they both mean the same thing. Cumming is just a slang work to signify climax (orgasm). Of course, the slang started by men, who ejaculate pretty much every time. Its amazing how so few people know anything about there bodies. First off, orgasming and cumming (ejaculating) are two different things for guys and girls.
