My trainings became stale of late and i want to rediscover my strength! I have plenty of exellent programems on my computer - mainly strength and couple hypertropy. I have degree in sports science and advanced sports nutrition but i want to try some new programmes! would be grateful if soem of you guys coudl share your programmes with me, especially if they're formatted etc (excel/ word).
