if i don't get enough protein daily and work out daily is it not possible to burn fat? and will this eventually lead to muscle loss? what protein shakes are good?
yes, not enough protein will lead to not being able to gain mass
that is a good point...but what if i don't want to gain any more mass by just staying the way my body looks but want to burn more fat mostly on my face? should i still go for 1.5->1x my lbs of protein per day?

whats a good place to get protein besides whey? any good drinks or supplements?
