well mine is the other day some guy was at the squat rack(only 1 at my ymca) and he was doing bicep curls, chin ups/pull ups(theres 4 or 5 other chin up bars, and a huge place wit free weights/benches to curl at)
anyways i figured it wouldn't be too bad, but the guy also did triceps there and wrist curls-he took 45minutes and i was waiting to do some damn squats and deadlifts lol
