How many of you drink diet drinks, soda, crystal light etc.
Im not a huge fan because of all the artificial sugars in them and im already getting that into my system through the protein I drink but it sure would be nice to down a can of diet coke with my lunch..
I know this is probably a stupid reason to start a thread so i apologize.. I posted it more for a poll.. I just wanted to know how many of you guys kept it completely clean.. and how many of you occasionally or daily incorporate diet drinks into your diet..

I stick 2 Crystal Light . . .
I try 2 avoid carbonated beverages b/c I have enough problems w/ gas from protein powders & fiber w/o adding in carbonation too.
It's got no carbonation & is sweetened w/ Splenda, which carries no issue I'm aware of. My fluid intake includes about 1 liter per day of Crystal Light.Best Regards,

I drink fizzy stuff on occasions like going out for meals and going to the cinema, other than that I never do.

well there is no sugar in diet soda just artificial flavors and i dont i stick water and a little milk

it was hard but i actually stopped drinking diet soda, and i thought i would never get rid of the craving but i did. the reasons i stopped were basically:
-headaches
-damage to teeth (i haven't experienced any but the idea of stuff kind of eating away at my enamel freaks me out)Michael Scott: Would I rather be feared or loved? Um... Easy, both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.

I probably drink more diet soda than I should. And that's based on what it does to the wallet after a while.

I drink diet soda/crystal light all the time. Gives me a nice break from all the water I drink throughout the day.

I used to drink a couple diet sodas a day, never had any bad effects on me. I just don't like pop anymore, ever since I was deployed to iraq nothing satisfies like water. I still drink 1 or 2 a week. Lately I have been going more towards the sugar free rockstar though.

I drink 1-2 diet sodas/week. As for crystal light, I'll only drink it if I've finished my gallon for the day, kind of like a treat.
