I am about 20 lbs overweight. want to lose fat , but am still eager to weight train too, so i throw in my cardio after a 30 minute workout, i do treadmill, but how long would all u xperienced BBs recommend????????????????

I am not really experienced but i been losing weight fine at 4 to 5 days a week, at a brisk walk pace(4.0 -4.5). Most of the time i end up jogging and walk uphill on the tread.. but so far this has worked for me. I'd start out at 30 mins then work my way up to 60.. that is what i am doing right now and it's working for me. That advice i just gave you should be done before workout.. If you are planning on doing after you lift you shouldnt go no more than 30 mins.
