Its starting to piss me off, I see some guys on these forums and at around my same stats or even less and they look jacked, I also see some guys who look tubby as **** at my weight. Or people who look around my same size but they are 3-4'' taller and I find out they only weigh the same thing as me. Basically anyone who weighs 195 is bigger than me in some way. More jacked/fatter/taller or sometimes combinations of those. What are possible reasons for this?

i kinda have the same problem and i dont understand how...
I am 6"3 and ive been going gym for about 2 years now. When i first started i was about 148 lbs, and now i am about 200 lbs.
I put on quite a bit of muscle, and now i got my friend to come aswell, who looks and is skinny as hell and is the same height as me. He has pretty much a flat chest no shoulders, bis triceps ... in general just starting at the gym. He however weighs about 190 lbs which is only a little less than me.
he does a lot of work with his legs and his legs are stronger and bigger than mine so could that be the reason why we wiegh almost the same :/

it can be a number of things
genetics
theyve been working out longer and have experienced more bulking than cutting cycles to get to where they want to be...
different body types....
its pretty simple lol..
i know kids who are my exact height/weight and lift more than me and some i lift more than, also some look bigger than me and some look smaller, its how the world is, live with it, and work at it...MASS

muscle weighs more than fat... are you considering legs? they carry a lot of muscle mass.
there are tons of possibilities... including a clogged bowel... it's hard to say based off your description

Maybe higher bone density, above-normal levels of intra-abdominal fat ("hidden" fat around the inner organs which isn't detected by fat calipers), or you just have some crazy genes? I wouldn't worry about it unless your weight is causing you problems.
