stages of fat loss.

I am in my second week of cutting and was wondering if there are different stages of fat loss where perhaps the first week you lose some lbs because of water retention etc then the second week it slows down than it picks up perhaps..or maybe there are no stages.

I ask this because lately I feel like my cutting is slowing down. Here is what is what im doing

I do 4 days of 30 minute cardio.
I take CLA and a fat burner every day
I weight train mon, tues, thursday and friday

Diet is usually
10:00 5 egg whites and 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 apple
1:00 protein shake with 2 tbsps natural peanut butter
3:00 Chicken breast/tuna with rice/sweet potato and veggies like carrots
6:00 Protein shake with 2 tbsps natural peanut butter
9:00 Cottage cheese/peanut butter or something I can find

protein shakes are nitrotech
I am 162 lbs at 5'7.5"

I find I drop a lot the first week (I'm assuming it's all the extra food I was eating before leaving my body, then sometimes gain a bit back in week 2 (I attribute this to all the water I'm drinking).

Week 3 I start to drop again and it goes down weekly after that for up to 3-4 months.

I do believe in the weekly cheat meal to keep your metabolism running well for weight loss, I don't see that there. But everyone's different.

cheat meal- call it a mini zig zag.. call it what you will..but the body learns and you need to continuously trick it to let its fat go. you cant eat the exact same things or amounts and expect the fat to keep coming off.

but OP...its two weeks.
