    HITT Cardio Question

I am currently cutting and I lift after work starting at 4:30 or 5:00pm M-F.
On M, W, and F I do abs after I lift and on T and Th I do cardio after i lift. I was wanting to do more cardio though. I tried doing cardio before work, but I can't get my butt out of bed.
So, I was thinking of doing cardio on my lunch break 12:00 - 1:00pm. Is this too soon to my lifting times?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
    Thanks

I want to be ripped. I have been lifting for a while now and definetly tell my gains in muscle mass. But, the problem is that when I started I was fat. In college I was pretty ripped at about 160-170lbs but not that big. I haven't got on the scale in a while, but last time I weighed about 210-220 range.

I looked at your pick Starz and I would say that your arms are comparable to mine. I just have some extra flab on my gut and love handles.

ya i have some extra fat around my belly and lovehandles. cardio will help get rid of that, but too much will hinder your muscle growth. i'm no expert on this subject, but whats been working for me lately is doing hiit on my non-workout days, 3 days a week, for like 20 minutes/day tops. of course eating healthy too and eating enough protein(1.5-2g/lb bodyweight) is what gets you bigger.
