I'm searching for one which clearly shows "all" muscles of the entire body(front, back, etc). Most of the diagram's I've found, only point out the larger muscles. I've seen certain body parts developed, I'd like to focus on when training, but can't find the name of them.
Also, I'm curious how abs will develop on someone who has had a vertical c-section cut. From what I've seen on certain diagrams(if I'm understanding them correctly), that shouldn't affect obtaining a six pack(or just definition) if genetically possible. Anyone know for sure. Thanks

If you need even more detail it can be arranged, but for bodybuilding purposes this should be plenty.
It's UriEl btw
Things I will take any chance I get to make fun of:
-HIT
-Frank Zane as Mr. Olympia
-Biceptz boyz
-Fat powerlifters talking thrash about bodybuilding while claiming to close the #x gripper
-Overtraining
-"How can I look like >random 140lbs guy<?"
-HIT
-Self-righteous guys who try to make everybody sound racist.
-Phil Heath for Mr. Olympia
-Strength workouts for bodybuilding

You may want to direct this question to the womens bodybuilding forum..
Since this is the section where members are looking for specific exercises to target various muscles it's a great start. Muscles are Muscles.
yeah you are right, but with the limited number of women in this section, its not as likely to be answered by someone who may have had the same thing done.. Lots of mommies in the female bodybuilding section.. Just trying to help you out as much as possible.
Hey guys, concerning the c-section, the female category is the first section where I inquired about the abs, but surprisingly I have not received any replies. I think it's because most women have the bikini style cut during their c-sections(horizontal). So I figured, it really boils down to how the anatomy of the abs are designed, in regards to the cut. Once I figure that out, I'll find the answer. If I'm understanding the diagrams correctly, it shouldn't affect ab definition. I'll do some more reading though.
