How many days per week do you want to work out? What's your workout history? How long per day?

Definition and rippedness is more low bodyfat % than a certain lifting style or program. Just lift to develop muscle and eat good and do cardio to keep bf down.

I plan on changing my program to 6 times per week, training chest once a week, and all other bodyparts twice a week, with the exception of abs everyday, ive been workin out for 2 years, 1 year serious lifting, around 30 minutes of cardio jogging every morning, and around 1 hour or so per day.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training.

Jog 30 seconds, sprint 30 seconds for four minutes two or three times per week. Add a minute every week not to exceed 15 minutes. Best to execute with an empty stomach.

The following site provides more info on HIIT than you are probably interested in, but you may want to check it out anyway:
