What ya think of HUMUS?
Is it wrong to love a being who cannot see? Such belief is the highest faculty a human being can develop.

Great food. High fiber, moderate protein, good fats, especially if it is made with olive oil as it should be. I eat it all the time.Originally Posted by MonarchX

I eat humus with a lot of my meals, I prefer garlic humus.

would it be better to make ureself? i know its not that hard:
blend garbonza (chick peas), olive oil, a little bit of salt, and herbs.
my feeling is that i can control it alot better this way...
