Hey, quick question, everyone. Right now, I am doing a bulking phase, and I am havin GREAT results. I never felt like I got anything done with lifting, but now with this routine, I actually want to go as much as I can, just because I know it is working. I want to start losing weight, and I feel like I should start my weight loss phase. I'm kinda reluctant to stop my bulking phase, just because of the result. Is it possible to keep up my routine, while adhering to a strict weight loss diet? I'll give an example of my routine...
Bench- 6x 2-6 reps
Inc. Bench- 6x 2-6
Tricep Pulldown- 3x8
Mil. Press- 3x8
Overhead Tricep Press- 3x8
