What's In Your Refrigerator???
I know this was a topic a week or two ago but I couldn't find the link, so I started my own. So I took a couple of pictures of my refrigerator right after the last time I fully stocked it. There's no protein powders and supplements in the pic, but trust me they are around. So here's the pics.

I go through between 6 and 10 eggs a day. Those eggs actually lasted me a couple of weeks. The local grocery store had a big sale where it was $ .33 for a dozen eggs. Trust me, you get funny looks from the check out girl when you go up with 16 dozen eggs and a pile of cans of tuna...lol. Gotta make that dollar stretch.

I go to school full time and work 30 hours a week and still eat 7 full meals a day. (yes full with chicken, eggs,or tuna, then green beans and almonds, with an orange) Shake yes but after workout. Also I workout 6 days out of 7 for 2 hrs a day.
