winstrol and women

hi, I have question, I decide try winny. I'm 5'6" 115-118lb female. I workout 4-5x at week {use heawy weights, max. 8-10rep, each body part 9-12 sets for big muscle and 6 sets for small, I'm doing cardio 4-5x at week in the morning on empty stomach for 20min on bike.
My diet is pretty clean..protein..tuna, chicken breast, fish..
as carbs ..oatmeal, cream of wheat, kidney beans, a lot of veggies, sometimes rice, yoghurt for probiothis, some fruits mostly 1 piece of day
fat...almond butter, nuts
I workout almost 3 years.
Before 7 months I weight just 108-110lb I was underweight {after my strict diet} Now I add littel more weights, but I would like have harder muscle and y wish is lost FAT...so I need your advices about trying winny? what about dose...??some recomm...I understand the dangers of the side-effects of AS..I have read about it a lot of. But I would like know if is the right idea for me...My goal is..not be big but have nice leaner harder muscle but LOST FAT...I can't get out it...Long time I workout but my stomach fat I can't get away. dont' write me that anavar is the best because I know that Anavar is difficult buy...mostly FAKE and expensive!

Food is the most anabolic substance you can put into your body. Before choosing to use steroids you need to know how to manipulate your diet, because at the end of the day, even when your on steroids... its the food thats going to make the difference. And if your not eating enough, or eating the wrong ratios, you will be wasting your time/money/cycle.

Winny is a good choice, but I stronly feel that you (anyone) should be seeing results naturally FIRST before starting a cycle. If your not seeing results or feel "stuck" then something is wrong, and taking drugs isnt going to fix it unfortunatley.

Have you tried hiring a trainer/nutritionist? Im thinking if your willing to spend money on anabolics, perhaps you will be able to spend money in more important areas aswell?

Unless you're trying to be a pro whatever, there's not much need to take any type of AAS. Just like the ladies said, the diet and routine are what's going to make the most difference. Not just what are you eating, how much and when? Also exactly how heavy are you lifting, and what is your cardio? I did a BB show about 3 years ago and received 5th (hey, it was my first and at least I got a tropy), but every since then I've been tweaking things here and there and have gained a solid 20lbs, at around 12%bf, without the use of steroids.

Do you take any supplements?
