I´m a 24 year old dude from finland, currently living in sweden. My bodyweight is currently 210 pounds, length 180cm/5,9. One of my favorite hobbies is to lift big weights ( at least try to). So I deicided to start my own journal here.
My training schedule is based on powerlifting.
Squat +front squat, calfs &abs
bench(heavy) +triceps, lateral raise
deadlift +stiffdeadlift, barbellrow, chins, legcurl
bench(light, explosive) +snatch, clean&jerk, biceps
the other days I rest or maybe do some cardio(does´nt happen to often though =) )
I´m going to write the weights in pounds so you don´t need to recalculate them. I hope you people excuse my bad english.
