Hi
So I am new here, so please be patient with me while I figure out how this whole thing works
Please can you tell me the best way to tighten up my arms, been training for a while and it seems that I have not hit a plateau, want to tighten up my triceps (well the skin section underneath) and also the section between the bicep the inner elbow.
Would love to hear your input on this!
Thanks

I disagree. When cutting a big mistake is to lighten the load and do high reps... a good way to lose muscle especially if calories are below maintanence.
Keep the weight as heavy as possible with good form to keep the muscle mass, and allow the diet to be the primary catalyst to lose the fat.Discipline is only a by product of Desire.

I'd have to say that you should do about 10-15 reps on a weight that is not super heavy, but also not light enough that you could go on for days. You should do a weight that 15 is the most you can do. Then, once you've completed your set, don't rest for very long before your next set.
Again, the obvious factors are cardio and diet, but the above should help as far as the weight training goes. Good luck!

It's not really a "theory". Higher reps develop different aspects of the muscle than lower reps. Higher reps also cause a growth hormone and test release.
Supersets are great for "hardening" a muscle up.
Whenever someone mentions higher reps, I always see that stupid "well do 100 reps that will give you a _______ "(insert pump, burn, whatever).
So, since doing sets of 1 rep will not build size, heavy weights are useless right? (same ridiculous logic)
