You personally what is your usual recipe for it. I am looking at recipes on the net and trying them but I find people generally have better recipes then an actual recipe site because of trial and error.
Looking for something quick and easy that I can eat everyday.

Quick and easy? Brown in pan, pour in spaghetti sauce. Super quick and can eat plain or put on pasta or use it to fill zuchini or bell peppers etc.
Or brown in pan, pour in some seasoning packet such as taco seasoning, then use to make tacos or tostadas, or burritos, etc.

Fry diced onion or red onion and ground beef in a pan and add some tomato salsa. Eat with pasta or potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Meatloaf is also a good option.

Brown meat in pan. Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice (not a lot. amount depends on how much meat. you don't want it watery, just for flavor) and green olives. Serve over rice.
An ex-gf's mother cooked this. She was cuban and her husband was panamanian, so I don't know if this dish is from one of those places or a mix. I was skeptical before I ate it, but it is awesome.

Tasty burgers:
Combine a pound of ground sirloin in a bowl with a tablespoon of A-1 steak sauce, a tablespoon of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon each of garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper. Mix thoroghly, form into 4 burgers, and cook however you wish (George Foreman grill, over charcoal, in a saute pan, whatever).
4 oz. beef = ~30 gm high-quality protein

No brain, no gain.

First spray my pan with non stick Pam.
Season my ground beef with herbs and spices while the pan heats up.
Throw the whole chunk of ground beef into the pan, and stir/separate them
When they're half cooked I put in more seasoning, most commonly mrs dash.
Stir constantly to make sure that the beef is cooked evenly
When they're brown and smelling delicious you can take them out and eat them
Ps. I mix in chopped onions and garlic as well

I often cook spaghetti. And this is my favorite recipe.
Also, the dish is very easy to prepare.
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef, and onion until there is no longer any pink in the beef. Drain off any fat.
Step 2
Stir in taco seasoning, green chilies, diced tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce, and water and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.
Step 3
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.Last edited by SuffolkPunch; 06-25-2019 at 03:36 AM.
