Juice has all the good stuff taken out of it and has added sugar most of the time.
I'm with you though... Grapefruit is one of the tougher fruits to swallow.

Eat it just like an orange. It balances body PH. Good stuff. All citrus fruits are gonna provide a lot of the same benefits though.
I'm the odd man out, in that I believe you'll get some benefit from the juice. Pineapple and Grapefruit juice tend to be more pure, as they have some pulp, than other fruit juice.

Seriously. There's nothing magical about grapefruit, and IMO there are a gazillion other fruits that taste SO much better.

IMO fruit is ALWAYS better than fruit juice... but if you don't like it, don't eat it!
Try other citrus fruits like oranges instead, or if you're really determined to try the grapefruit thing sprinkle some splenda on it to cut the sourness.

First of all, I find grapefruit delicious. Second of all it may BE magic:

Anyone who knows any human phys will know that grapefruit has real effects on the liver cytochrome system and has serious implications on metabolism of many drugs/hormones/etc.
