Believe it or not my natural hair color is dark auburn.......I just put all the crazy hilights in it so you can't tell as much....I agree, I think some red-headed women are beautiful...Angie EVerheart (sp?)

Thank you! I can think my mom/dad for my legs plus hardwork for many years. I have actually down-sized my legs from what they use to be a few years ago when I competed as a bodybuilder. I do higher reps now and focus on shape/detail rather than bulk...

I've lifted for 11 years with a split of 4 sometimes 5 workouts a week. I train upper body extremely heavy but do higher reps for my legs since they bulk easy. I weigh #115 so I try to get in about 150-200 grams of protein/day....more when dieting. I use mostly Twinlab supplements since they are my sponsor. I love their am/pm fuel and zma. I eat 5-6 meals a day year round and offseason eat about 2200 kcal...more on weekends.
