this is what I am eating today

breakfast 6:30 am - wheyprotein shake
3/4 cup whole grain cereal
snack 10 am - 4 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
WORKOUT 11-11:45 am
lunch 1 pm - 5 oz cannned, low sodium tuna
3 oz broccoli florets
sanck 3:30 pm - whey protein
dinner 7 pm - 6 oz grilled fish ( mahimahi )
spinach
