Progress?

Ive been working out and keeping a diet for two months now, I believe, but it doesnt seem to be showing too much change. I dont know, what do you all think? Keep the comments on topic please.

Id hit it.

and yeah you can definately see more oblique definition and less of a "bulge" on your stomach so I'd say youre making good progress.

YummyDilly...this is ridiculous. I'm surprised that you didn't learn your lesson the first time you posted your pictures in this forum. Posting suggestive pictures of you in your underwear is NOT the way to get an accurate critique of your progress. All we can see is your midsection, which to be honest, doesn't impress me much...you're fairly lean from the look of it, but last I heard you wanted to have muscles. Where are they? Certainly not in a stomach shot...show us a back, leg, arm or full body picture with a before and after if you're REALLY looking for some advice. This is a bodybuilding forum, not an underwear modeling forum. Post in the women's area...you'll get REAL advice there.

I havent seen much change on anything but my stomach so far, and Im not surprised because thats what my main focus is. I am going for a six pack, slowly but surely Ill get one lol. As for the pics, that is the only one that shows my stomach from back then. The new one isnt as bad.

Your right, I can't see much chance either...but you did have a really good mid-section it the 1st picture anyway! Thats probably why it hasn't change much as it was top-notch already.

As for a critique, looking good, it looks like your body fat is definately down, and thus definition up. Keep doing what you're doing.
