I shake when I get lie down into position for db bench press and feel very unstable in the process. It happens with 63 lb dumbbells and I can do 12 reps. I use to bench 80's and didn't have that problem then I stopped doing db bench press for a while. Is it because of weak lats or weak stabilizers? I'm very weak at barbell rows and lat pull downs.
