go to a local ballys gym and they have little 1 or 2 dollar nutrition books that can fit in your pocket and they have the protein/fat/carb/and i think sugar n 1 or 2 other things for hundreds of different foods

100 grams of most meats is ~20g of protien
4 ounces is 115 grams
