Female looking to stack for the first time...
Which one of these stacks would be the best to lose 20-25 lbs fat:
TTA supplement (DCP, Omega's Burn3d, DS Melting Point) + Sesathin
OR
Sesamin + Green Tea + Acetyl-L-Carnitine + Glucophase XR

Tough to say, because you're probably going to get conflicting responses regarding the Sesathin. I found virtually no benefit with supplementing Sesathin for fat loss; however, found slight benefit in regard to lean bulking with it. I would go with:
TTA Supplement + Green Tea + Acetyl-L-Carnitine + Glucophase XR

The supplements that contain TTA have been great for me. I highly recommend both DCP and Melting Point.

I did a very similar stack a few months ago and loved it. I used Glucophase XR, Green tea, fish oil, ALCAR and DCP (didn't have sesathin at the time, but that would be a great addition.)
Log is on another forum, PM me if you want to check it out.

want to stay away from the ephedra containing supplements or anything like it that will make me jumpy, anxious, and nervous. Hate that feeling.
I'm definately doing plenty of cardio though (1-1.5 hrs 6days/week) and i'm doing a strict low carb/low fat diet.

VG, first I have to ask..hows your diet cardio? no supp is really going to make a world of diff if you dont have those somewhat under control.
I havent used any of the products you mentioned but I do use EFA's while dieting in the form of fish oil, Udo's choice oil natty peanut butter and almonds and I certainly feel alot better all around when Im depleted and using them. Dont know if they really help with fat loss since Im on a strict diet and do an hour of cardio or more 5x/week lol.

My diet is strict. low carb/low fat 5-6 meals/day. As for my workout routine, I do cardio for at least 1 hr 5-6 times/week. I'm not looking for the easy way out, I work hard regardless. just wanted something that could speed up the process a little. )

When are you performing your cardio? Timing is significant, and honestly I don't care for cardio durations of more than 40-60 minutes at once.
If you want to stay non-stim, of your listed products I have used Melting Point with success (albeit while bulking). If you do add in a stimulant, it doesn't have to be an EC based one, as there are many more that are milder these days.
PM me if you ever have any training/diet/supp questions.

A low fat/low carb diet will fry your mind. I suggest upping the fat content of your diet because you need to eat fat to lose fat, it sounds counterproductive i know.
Look into olive oil because it helps control appetite pretty well and natural peanut butter is a good source of good fats. Also pick up some fish oils as well.

This information is about as true as it gets. Pills alone will not help anyone. There has to be some sort of exercise involved!

I had great success with melting Point, Sesamin, and extract of green tea. I would also take potassium to lessen the chance of TTA cramps.

Thanks for all the replies!!! I will post in a few days to see how the new stack does. )
In reply to some of the posts....
I work out in the mornings, not fasted. I need to eat before because otherwise I feel lifeless and don't have much other time to do it throughout the day.
I have added some fat into the diet. I'll either cook with a little olive oil or put some on my salads. If I don't do that, I add some peanut butter to my cottage cheese bedtime snack.
For potassium, I added a 1/2 banana to my oatmeal in the morning and another 1/2 to my PWO shake. I do know, though, that avocados have more potassium than bananas. Can I have that and include it as a fat also???
This sound about right?

Avocados are a great fat.
I don't recommend taking Aspirin for no good reason.
