I’ve been sick with a cough and cold this past week. I’m posting yesterday’s workout.
Gym workout for back and biceps, 3 sets each, all on machines.
Cardio – 15 minutes on the elliptical
Deadlifts
Seated rows
Lat pull downs
Rear delts
Bicep Curls
