Well, i used to work out at my home and go pretty lean. Then i sorta stoped, and couple weeks ago decided to hit the gym and gain some size.
anyways, Monday i did legs, i put so much intensity to my work out, that i could barely keep myself up. My legs felt like Jello. I am telling u, the next day at my school (college) i had to take the elevator to classes cuase i couldnt walk down or up the stairs. (took about 5 days repair)
Wensday i did chest and triseps witch dont really hurt that mutch, the first day was killer, then it got better
Friday i did Back, i also put alot of intensity into my workout, know my back hurts, i can bend down alot.. Feel like and old man
Is this usually normal ? I know theres pain involved in BB, but is it to this extreme, and if Pro BB feel this way all the time, much respect to them

After my first week I couldn't straighten my arms out or get up out of a seat (i kind of had to roll out). Just gotta get past the first week or two and itll be a lot better.
