IMO you should take tri's out of your chest and shoulder day, and bi's out of your back day and put them on a seperate day just for arms. And definetly rest one of these days. And if your going to do cardio do it only one day, and on a day you don't workout.
Sample:
Monday: Chest, Shoulders
Tuesday: Back, Abs
Wensday: off
Thursday: Legs, abs
Friday: Bi's, Tri's
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: off, or repeat
