    Question about my workout while bulking!!

    Right now Im bulking, and here is my workout plan Im doing:

    Day1: Chest/Tri's/Shoulders
    day2: Abs/Back/Bi's
    Day3: Quads/Hamstrings/Calves

    And Just keep in order of that each day...And I was doing cardio on sat-sun

    So basically Im at the gym everyday.

    **Now my Question is Should I be resting for a day or 2 on the workouts while Im bulking or does it matter?

    IMO you should take tri's out of your chest and shoulder day, and bi's out of your back day and put them on a seperate day just for arms. And definetly rest one of these days. And if your going to do cardio do it only one day, and on a day you don't workout.
    Sample:

    Monday: Chest, Shoulders
    Tuesday: Back, Abs
    Wensday: off
    Thursday: Legs, abs
    Friday: Bi's, Tri's
    Saturday: Cardio
    Sunday: off, or repeat
