hey guys, whats the proper way to do a floor press? you recommend doing it?
Im looking to mix it up in my current routine, i hear great things about it.
My current tri routine is..
DB Overhead extensions 3x
Close grip bench 3x
BB Skull crushers (cant stand using EZ-BAR i hate that f!ucker!) 3x
weighted dips or kickbacks ( i plan on stop doing kickbacks cuz you can only add so much weight)
