Fat Burners..
Hey there, I'm pretty new around here. I'm trying to lose about 20-25 lbs of fat. My diet is pretty strict and I'm working out 5-7 days/week. I'm looking to take a fat burner but something not too crazy that won't get me feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. I've taken Ripped Fuel, Thermonex, Speed, Hydroxycut, and a couple of others. I also took with these either Expel or Taraxtone (sp). Ripped Fuel with the Expel seemed to work the best but I am looking for someting more natural now that won't give me the jumpiness and hyperness. I also almost passed out once while on them, I'm assuming it was a combination of the diuretic effect of Expel and my heavy cardio workout (loss of potassium). Any suggestions? I've heard of green tea extract. How does that work??? Thanks!!!

a TTA supplement (DCP, Omega's Burn3d, DS Melting Point) + sesathin + low carb diet will work wonders...

Some of the things that I know of that are useful for weight lose are.
-caffiene
-green tea extract
-sesamin
-yerba mate
-raspberry ketones
-synephrine
Some products check have a few of these together and are great for cutting.
Check our Controlled Labs Red Acid, and SesaGlow.

Yep those would be good additions. For the green tea, try to get the 50%ECGC extract, or you can always brew yourself some green tea to drink throughout the day.
If you dislike stimulants, check out DCP also, which will help with delaying fatigue during your endurance workouts, and is a potent fat burner. Sesamin would be a nice addition also.
If you like some pre-workout energy without much of the jitters, AMP does a great job.

ALRI Venom Tri-Lean, Hyperdrive in particular, works really well for me. Good appetite suppression, anti-catabolics, very little jitters, and results! I know that I have lost some lbm during this cut, but I haven't lost any strength on my lifts. Just go heavy with low volume to keep test production up and so far so good.

sorry, i was just saying how i was using it...as far cutting while trying to preserve muscle mass, but yeah it will totally work for you...if you look in the supp log section i think there are females who have logged this system with great results. you will probably have better results than me since i wasn't doing much cardio and still lost 10 lbs
