    Sea Salt tanning?

When people in Flordia and basically any hot place around the ocean tan, they get a darker tan becuase of the sea salt and i guess theres iodine in the salt or something.

But anyways if i were to bath in sea salt and then go to the tanning bed, would that work the same?

    Any oppinions or suggestions?

i'm not 100% sure about this, but I"m pretty sure that this is NOT the reason why Floridians or any hot climate people tan better...
