    I'm 17 years old almost 18 and i would like to may be start taking creatine so i would like to know if BSN NO-Xplode would be good for me

    No-Xplode is in the Nitric Oxide(NO) category and not really considered a creatine product. creatine products would be something like Storm, Creatine Mono, Cee, and Kre-Alkalyn.

    no. stick with a good multi, whey, fish oil, creatine mono and tons of clean food.
