I need a haircut!!!

This is kinda how it looks now. I can't really do anything with it. It has long layers cut into it and the bottom-most layer always flips out, even after I use a straightening iron on it. So, I'm thinking about just getting is all one length...I'd like to keep some length on it. I was thinking about a slightly longer version of Jamie Eason's cut....any tips??

I've just had this same style, at varying lengths, for so long...it's time to switch it up a little. I've liked her style for some time now and now that I've lost that extra thickness in my face I think I might be able to pull it off...

I look at your picture #1 and I say don't cut it or colour it. Style it up in what ever way, but I like the basic foundation of the 1st picture -30-

x2. A cut as short as Jamie's would not suit the shape of your face. You need to have your stylist take of some more bulk with a razor layering and add in some bangs to better frame your face.

Not really, Jamie has a very square face, the OP has a longer, more rectangular face.

I have contemplated long bangs, or shorter, but sideswept, but the environment I work in wouldn't be very good for it. We have these Big Ass fans (thats the actual name of the company!) that hang from the ceiling, so if the front was too short for me to pull back, it'll be all over the place...stickin me in the eyes....goin up my nose...lol.

It used to be really really thick, and I think it's getting a little thinner so the longer it gets the more it just looks stringy after a couple of hours and won't do what I tell it to.

I used to have bangs, and I loved them, they really covered up this hyuge forehead i have, but DH isn't too keen on them. But it's not his hair either, is it? bwahahahaaa. Maybe thinner, wispier bangs would be better?

Try parting your hair a little further to the side, and see how you like that - you may only need a little angling on one side to achieve the effect you're looking for. Her cut is not that different from your current one.

Thank you very much. He likes it as it is, but it's just a hassle. I'm trying to keep is as low maintenance as possible. I ain't got time to be all foufy, lol. Maybe I'll just get it trimmed up a bit...ugh.
