I am looking for the best exercise(or combination) that will target the area just below my butt. Would it be SLDL? If so,will I be able to effectively execute the needed reps with a bad shoulder? Any hints would be helpful!
Another thing,leg curls don't seem to help this area that much....would some variation work?
What exacly are you truing to acomplish? If it is fat loss in that area, than diet is key. The area "just below your butt" is where the glute & hams tie in. Therefore, squats, lunges, SLDL's will all benefit you. However, if your diet is less that stellar, you will likely not notice changes due to fat accunulation. This is a very common area for us women, so I feel your pain.
