I have a fast metabolism and the only way I can put on muscle is by eating a lot of food every day. My daily caloric intake (for putting on muscle mass) is around 2800-3000 kcal.
The problem is I have fat coming together with muscle mass.
How to avoid that? Should I lower my caloric intake on all days? Should I lower my caloric intake on non training days? Should I do cardio more often? Should I just avoid fast carbs?
Thank you

some fat gain is to be expected during a clean bulk. to keep it minimal, start by raising your intake 500 cals above your bmr. if that is enough for you to see muscle gains, keep it there. if it isn't, then raise it to 750, repeat. also, to keep fat gain to a minimum, you should do HIIT. it's been scientifically proven to reduce fat yet preserve lean muscle. hope this helps.

Adding muscle tissues is an anabolic process that requires caloric surplus ,and fat is added in the process too,but as the above poster said ,u can minimize this by adjusting ur caloric intake and more cardio.
When I do clean bulk I'll adjust my calories to gain 1 kg per month (2.2 lbs).https://www.egyfitness.com
