So how long outa the fridge till my protein shake becomes bad?

If i make a protein shake how long can i leave it in my bag for before the protein quality goes down?? or doesnt it work like that?

What's wrong with taking the power there in a bottle, than adding water (which I'm sure every gym has) and giving it a stir.

I also use 1 cup of skim milk(with about 20oz water added). What I do to keep it cold it put it in a bottle and keep the bottle in a cooler type bag with an ice pack. I take that with me to the gym along with a shaker bottle of whey, dextros, and creatine.
