creatine loading

People tell me that creatine will make me fat & I wont get ripped can somebody with some real experience give me a real true life story as there is a lot of conflicting stories going around. After 3 days of loading I ran like a MEGA GOD was it a fluke or is it really worth all the HYPE.

First off there is no need for loading or cycling.

No it wont make you fat, although there is a water bloat which is temporary and can be avoided depending on what type of creatine you use.

Check out the creatine sticky for some other basic info...

No... it definitely wont make you fat. As cboesger said, no need to worry about loading. You will carry a bit of extra water, but you can get rid of that by coming off creatine 2 weeks before a special occasion or photos...
Creatine is a always in my supplement list, definitely worth the hype!

There is no need to load creatine or cycle it. There might be some water retention from creatine usage but sometimes there isn't. As cboesger said check out the creatine sticky it will answer a lot of your questions.

For me creatine is a must, I always see my best gains when Im on my creatine cycle. I do 2 months on and 1 month off. Yes you do see a little bloat as stated above but it goes away quick once off and it is definatly worth it. Its so cheap anyways why not take it.
