Let me know,,, my long term goal is to weigh 160 lbs @ 10% body fat and double all my lifts. What chu recommend?

@ 155 lbs
@ 5'9"
@ 20% bodyfat give or take
bench: 135 lbs x 5 reps
squat: 225 lbs x 3 reps
deadlift: 225 lbs x 6 reps
