    What do you bring to eat at school?

    What do you guys bring to eat at school for your lunch/break/passing period/during class/ etc? I need ideas on what to bring. Usually it just consists of a plain wheat bread sandwhich (with either PBJ or Roast beef), an apple or orange, and a sugary granola bar. It's always with water... I hate those caprison, hi-c, whatever the **** it is. It's not enough at all and I have no clue what to bring. So what do you bring?

    a shaker bottle with whey, sometimes some tuna in my pocket , but it ends up getting pocket lint on it

    that will do, but for most of us, just whey alone is not gonna fill you up, so, i would suggest, grind 60-90g oats up, and put it in your shaker bottle as well, together with the whey, it simply rocks! and it'll keep Mr. hunger away from you for 2 - 3 hours.

    1 can of tuna in a sandwich

    1 chicken breast in a sandwich

    two meals there each with about 30-40g protein. I also eat just before going to school (big oatmeal + milk breakfast) and when I come back (1/2 can of tuna, milk).

    i eat 2 meals at school.

    Meal 2
    150g Sweet Potato
    100g Tuna
    (I ussually dont get to eat all the tuna, because 100g is alot (Approx 2 - 3 small cans), and im a slow eatting when it comes to food such as tuna)

    Meal 3
    150g Brown Rice
    150g Chicken

    Much the same as me, I have 2 sandwiches (Tuna/Ham/Chicken etc) at 11, and then pasta with Tuna/chicken etc at 1.30. Just cook a load one time during the week, fridge/freeze what you don't need for a few days, throw it in a container with a fork and have fun eating!

    Hard boiled eggs, tuna sandwiches, cottage cheese and a peanut butter roll. The roll is to keep me awake after my workout, where I always want to just nod off (even now I still have a few microsleeps in my last two classes. This is with sleeping 8 hours a night!)

    Tuna sandwich - padded out with 4 slices of bread for extra calories. They also occasionally sell chicken in wholemeal bread which I buy whenever possible.

    College rules though - most days are about 4 hours or so long, so the one meal is fine.

    I usually mix cottage cheese with orange juice and add some glucose and drink it.......it's easy, cheap and quick!!!!!

    I used to bring a couple of sandwiches but I don't eat bread anymore.
