    any1 tried 21's for the biceps?

    are they meant to be good for mass gain?

    they are a good way to shock the muscle and induce some new growth. I have used them on occasion. I wouldn't base your whole routine on them though.

    I have done them in part of my current program, they are a killer at the end of a workout for sure.

    i do them for cutting.....it helps to work on fullness of your bicep

    You can do a set or two of them to finish your workout don't do them all the time though...they are a good pump and burnout exercise...

    Start holding a bb like your gonna do bb curls..... then curl it up to the half position for 7reps ... after the 7th rep hold it half way then you curl it from the half way point up for 7 reps then you finish with 7 full reps= 21 Reps..... well the first 14 are half reps...
