anything that raises your heart level can be considered cardio.. needless to say, this does not really qualify as intense cardio and probably won't do squat for fat loss if that's your goal.. stick to jogging, biking, steppers, etc..

LOL, brought back a memory... one of my buddies jumped his fence on is 4-wheeler landed right on the trampoline, just 'bout killed himself. After his dad saw the trampoline, I bet he wished he were dead.
