Pumping Up

Hi all,

I was curious if contestants are allowed to pump up for the pre-judging? I know they do for the actual show but I wondered if the judges prefer they don't during the actual judging because want to see them cold.

Wow the way you look I would have assumed that you have competed. You should. There is usually a pump-up room adjacent or near the stage. And it definitely looks better for the judging. By the way your story is inspirational. I too at 42 am in the best shape of my life. Feels good when the young kids in the gym are shocked when we tell them our age!!!

Of course you pump up for the pre-j! That is when they really pick the winners and it is the most important to look your absolute best.
