Need tips about chest..
Greetings,
I'm new to this forum and I hope this was the right place to ask about this.
Been lifting for little over 2 months now and I'm pretty much stuck on this, for me it seems like no improvement at all.
Anyways, I'm having trouble building my chest and I was hoping for some advice about the best techniques for that.
Thanks in advance!

Well my favorite chest builders are DB presses, Incline DB presses (about 30-40 degrees), Hammer Strength Iso Inclines, and DB flyes.

Lot's of concentrated pushups. Hold them at the top of the pushup concentrating on contracting the chest area, not just concentrating on doing a specific number, like 100. Also, try doing pushups with a weight on your back, like a 35 or 45 pound plate, with a partner. Those really blew my chest up.

x2! It takes time!
Just stay with a dedicated program and diet. The results will come.

Yea I know it'll take time of course.
But I've gotten small results on the rest of my body.. Could the chest just be a slower part for me maybe..?
Edit:
And I was very thin when I started, still am but not as much. hehe..

well ur chest could be slower grower or just need to have more attention to it to make it grow like my chest my arms grow fast but my chest lags, so i train it with more volume and soon as it recovers it gets hit agian
wait to u get like 170 u will u a big difference, since u say u were already skinny u shouldnt be trying to eat all clean all the time go look at my pics and c what i'm talking about

If you've only been lifting for 2 months you're probably still in a stage where you're needing to build muscle endurance more than anything. Try to focus on mixing bb/db exercises, with db first (harder to control) and bb later when your muscles are more fatigued (easier to control), but don't always do bb incline or db flat etc-change it up frequently and increase volume over time as your body allows.

i really like incline bb (then db) then weighted dips and flys if i feel energized. also changing the order you do the exercises in helps to show your improvement sometimes. well at least for me, when i do dips first i can add alot more weight, and that at least makes me .

Diet is probably your biggest damper now.. if you give a basic idea of your diet then people can give you a better idea of what to do. Also make sure you are getting 8 hours of rest a night. Another thing is trying doing some slow negatives this can also help you out.
