Your arms are good size but thats it. Besides that everything else looks small. You need to do a lot of work on your back if you dont' your never going to have that pro look. Do a lot of pullups. If you work out your back your gonna look a lot bigger. People dont' realize how important back is until they see someone with a nice back.

I think my arms are 17 inches.. My chest and all the other im not sure. I work every body part once a week. I would like to hit them twice a week but i cant seem to find the time. I do high volume sets so about 16-20 sets for back and chest and legs. and for arms and shoulders its usually 12-16 sets. What would u say are best ways to widen the back???????????????? My diet is mostly clean calories one cheat day a week. Im cutting right now actuallly have been for six months but at a slow pace as u can see... only 50 lbs in 6 months. But my strength increased in the six month period. So that tells me i havent lost much lean muscle, and serious amounts of body fat. And tommy get a membership at my gym and u can lift with me .
