    Smile 17 Year old aspiring bodybuilder, needs opinion on progress

    Hm... Just tell me what u guys think im 5' 10.. 210 lbs about 18 % bodyfat currently trying to get it down to 10. P.S. be gentle

    Yeah i would say the upper portion of body is prob my best... Ive been working out seriously about eight months now? Before i was like 270 lbs... Went down to 210 now thinking i should be about 190-195 for some abs to show up . Yeah.. the that one pic of me is funny.. Thanks for the comments :-)

    Your arms are good size but thats it. Besides that everything else looks small. You need to do a lot of work on your back if you dont' your never going to have that pro look. Do a lot of pullups. If you work out your back your gonna look a lot bigger. People dont' realize how important back is until they see someone with a nice back.

    So true... my back is lacking, my intensity when training back lacks big time. I need a good training partner, so if any bodyb uilders in arizona looking for a bitch <-------------- :-D im here. And yes, pulls would be a good thing for me.

    Legs... hm.... My legs aint so hot but ill get some, i only bench 315 for 1 rep max. I do more of bodybuilding workouts instead of power lifting. When i squat i go shoulder width feet instead of far apart.. U kno what i mean when i say body building lifts instead of power lifting?

    Best part about widening the back is that it narrows the waist/love handles, which right now need some work.

    I think my arms are 17 inches.. My chest and all the other im not sure. I work every body part once a week. I would like to hit them twice a week but i cant seem to find the time. I do high volume sets so about 16-20 sets for back and chest and legs. and for arms and shoulders its usually 12-16 sets. What would u say are best ways to widen the back???????????????? My diet is mostly clean calories one cheat day a week. Im cutting right now actuallly have been for six months but at a slow pace as u can see... only 50 lbs in 6 months. But my strength increased in the six month period. So that tells me i havent lost much lean muscle, and serious amounts of body fat. And tommy get a membership at my gym and u can lift with me .

    Yeah i do 8 sets of pulldowns 2 diff work outs doing four sets each work out. I need to start doing dead lifts but i go to LA Fitness, and theres like no room...Ill start doing pullovers, i thought they were mainly for widening ur chest. Didnt think they would help my back heh..

    I almost always superset my bi's//tri's.. That pump is amazingly amazing :-D, I do a set of bi's maybe seated dumbbell curls, then i run over and do some tricep pushdowns. So pretty much a set of biceps and a set of triceps, 4 sets each work out. I dont isolate my forearms.

    back needs to be more define, biceps are lagging behing your shoulders and forearms, lower waist needs work..kinda got that pear shape thing going on, and have no idea about your legs.
