    Deadlifting with sore legs?

I squatted on Wednesday, and have moved my back day up from tomorrow to today (and my back day is actually a deadlift day, with secondary excersises for the back). My legs aren't too sore, but I can feel it slightly. I know I can easily work through soreness, but is it worth it? And if not, is there a different excersise I can do in place of deads today?

I'm going to do arms today and keep deadlift on it's normal rest, because as I walk around I realize the soreness is actually a little twinge in my groin (a reoccuring pain). Thanks for the replies.

    Monday - Legs
    Tuesday - Chest
    Wednesday - Back
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Friday - Arms

With this routine you won't be using the same muscle groups the following day with your routine from the previous. You get that extra one day of rest in there.
