Cool How do I get back into it?

So I started working at LA Fitness (go figure!) and now I work 10 hour days and get up at 6 and don't come home till 8pm by that time I'm exhausted and I just don't have the time to work out and eat right, you name it!
How can I get myself back into the healthy eating mode? and most importantly working out? I lost my workout partner since I moved and I am gaining fat so fast you would not believe! haha so any suggestions please? I just don't seem to have the time or I can't think of how to after a long day of work and sleeping for a few hours at times.

I'm guessing you don't have a family to take care of (ie: husband&kids).
Regardless, you must always make time for yourself b/c no one else will do it for you.......

Here are 2 ideas to get you started: exersice before work at home with some dvds and batch cook your meals on weekends for the week ahead.

Best of Luck

Since you work at a health club, can't you use the equiptment when you're not busy? Or even stay after work and workout? As far as eating goes, sounds like by the time you get home, your to tired to cook anything healthy. On your day off you could cook a bunch of stuff to eat that week, and bring food with you to work and some extra for those days you stay later.
