Need help losing last 5-7 lbs

I've managed to drop my weight over the last 2 years from 300+ lbs to just over 200lbs using diet and exercise. I have some stomach fat still that goes around my back also (a bit of love handles). I work out 4-5 days a week, and need something to boost my fat burning, I'd like to find a work out plan that emphasizes weigh loss, and I don't mind running. Any suggestions?

You might find this to be useful. I have never done it, and cannot vouch for it, but it sounds reasonably well thought out.
